Corncrake chicks caught on camera on Rathlin

For the first time, wildlife cameras on Rathlin Island have photographed corncrake chicks. At least three families so far. These shy birds were once common across Northern Ireland and are now among its rarest. Local farmers and volunteers made room for them. via RSPB NI
